Covoda's IT service is proactive and focuses on building and maintaining a healthy network that is monitored 24x7. When you are a Covoda client, your IT problems become our problems. Covoda uses real-time alerting and monitoring to discover PC and network problems as soon as they happen, allowing us to eliminate or correct them (many can be fixed remotely) as soon as possible and before they worsen and wreak havoc on your business.
Example: Your e-mail server crashes on a Saturday night.
Without Covoda's service, you come to work at 9 A.M. on Monday morning. By 9:15 you realize you cannot send/receive email. By 9:30 you call your usual IT repair man, he arrives at 10:30. He takes two hours to diagnose and fix the problem, all while the rest of your employees cannot be productive doing their job since they cannot send or receive e-mail. You finally have e-mail working again at 12:30 P.M. So not only are you paying the IT repair man, but you're also paying all of your employees to sit around for half the day not doing their job to the fullest extent because they cannot use e-mail.
With Covoda's service, we are notified as soon as your server goes down on Saturday night and alert you. Example
You hire three new employees. All three employees need a new extension, new voice mail box, need to be added to your auto attendant tree and need their own direct lines to their extension. With Covoda, we do this for you, remotely, in less than 15 minutes and it is included in the monthly service contact - not additionally billed.
Example 2
An employee leaves your company and you do not know their voice mail password. Send an email to Covoda and we will remotely reset the password so you can access the voice mail box without losing any of the messages.
Example 3
You have three locations and want to connect all three to operate under one phone system. With Covoda you can have transfer calls from Location A to Location B or C, have your directory tree go to extensions in different locations, have your main telephone number ring in all three locations and more. To incoming callers, it appears as if you have one office, allowing for improved customer service. If a caller accidentally calls Location A instead of B, Location A can simply transfer the call to Location B instead of telling the caller to hang up and dial a different number.
Example 4
You have employees who are on the road frequently but need to keep in touch with the office. Instead of worrying about your office and clients getting a hold of them, Covoda can have calls coming into the mobile worker’s extension ring simultaneously on their desk phone and cell phone. This allows people to call one number and get a hold of your mobile employee regardless of where they are. No guessing which number to call (mobile or desk), no giving out employee’s personal cell phone numbers, no need to check voice mail in two places (mobile and desk). This feature also allows calls in the office to be transferred out to a mobile worker’s cell phone.
