Choosing the Right Solution for You
IP Exchange
IP Exchange is Covoda’s service targeted towards small businesses with 1-25 users. IP Exchange operates on a private network and is powered by an Avaya 8700 series Definity switch located in our data center.
IP Exchange is the best fit for you if:
- You are a small business with 1-25 users and do not anticipate substantial growth.
- You have multiple locations with 1-25 users and want to seamlessly connect all locations to appear as one.
- You are interested in a hosted, managed service with minimal on-site equipment.
IP Office
IP Office is Covoda’s small and midsize business solution aimed at business with 1-250 users. IP Office operates on a private network and uses Avaya’s IP Office 500 PBX located on-premise at your business. IP Office can operate on our private network, which we fully manage, or on the public internet.
IP Office is the best fit for you if:
- You are a small or midsize business with 1-250 users who anticipates growth.
- You have multiple locations and want to seamlessly connect all locations to appear as one.
- You are interested in an on-premise service which allows you the option to have Covoda manage it or self-maintain the service.
