#### Quick Start Tips:

**How to Blind Transfer a Call:**

- While on the call, press \[BLIND\] softkey.
- Dial number of the person or extension you wish to transfer call to.
- Press \[CALL\] softkey.

**How to Transfer a Call:**

- While on the call, press \[XFER/CLR\] button.
- Dial number of the person or extension you wish to transfer call to.
- Press \[CALL\] softkey.
- Press \[XFER/CLR\] button.

**How to Transfer a Call to Voice Mail:**

- While on the call, press \[BLIND\] softkey.
- Dial 00 + number of the person or extension you wish to transfer call to.
- Press \[CALL\] softkey.

**How to Access Voice Mail:**

- Press the \[HOLD/MSG\] button.
- Press \[OK\] softkey. (if multiple lines are programmed on the phone, Select your line then press OK).
- Enter your password when prompted.
- Follow the menu prompts to access your messages and voice mail features.

**How to Conference a call:**

- While on the call, press \[FUNC\] button.
- Select option 5. Conference.
- Dial number of the person or extension you wish to conference call with.

**How to Park a call:**

- While on the call, press the more button
- Press the park button
- The system will tell you what line the call is parked on
- You can hang up or wait for the system to hang up

**How to Retrieve a Parked Call:**

- From a phone not in use press Retriv
- Enter the number the call is parked on
- Press enter and pick up the handset/headset

- Press \[CONF\] softkey.
