### Resetting the Flash Settings for IE – User

If you are receiving a log in error that states “An unexpected internal error has occurred” and you are using IE, you may need to reset your Flash settings.

**Resetting Flash Settings for IE**

*Log in error states “An unexpected internal error has occurred”*

1. Go to your control panel
2. Make icons “small”
3. Select Flash Player
4. Under “Storage”
   - Make sure the “Allow sites to save information on this computer” is selected.
